My Service Advisor Arcee was outstanding! Explained all of my options, kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle & had my truck washed for me!

The OBD was left hanging and said it was normal. They told me to just push it back up. I noticed live wires.

Russ is absolutely fantastic! The assistance with a rental car was great. The issue I had was that as soon as I left the dealership, I started having notifications with my rear brake pads. I feel as if that was something that should have been discovered during the inspection. Also, after review of my invoice, it has come to my attention that the parts were only approximately $300 and therefore I was charged approximately $2300 in labor which is grossly disproportionate.

The service at the beginning was positive and there was one correction needed at the end which was addressed by Russ. The service technician left on oil station n on the interior. The need for cleanliness needs to be reemphasized

Ivan has been great with communication and working to resolve all of my issues that I’m having with my truck. I’m hoping that GMC comes through and that my issues will be resolved after my next visit in the next week or two to complete the repairs.

Brand new truck with 600 miles and the check engine light came on with some engine roughness. Another dealership in the area told me they would have the truck for 3 weeks before even looking at it so I came to Boulevard and they diagnosed it that day and I had the truck back the next morning, good as new and under warranty of course. My advisor was very friendly and communicative and listened to everything I said about what I observed of the truck's issue and took notes for the technicians. I had a wonderful experience and will be back for more service when I need it.

Arcee and Karen have taken care of all of our cars and have done so very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!
